Stretch Mark Serum - September 17th, 2009

Looking for something to use on stretch marks I came across this recipe.  As with any kind of medication or herbal supplement, essential oils should be used with caution.  You must be sure that you do not use them too strong and you must be sure that you are not allergic to them.  Increasing your intake of vitamin E is said to help prevent the stretch marks.  Using a vitamin E oil or cream is suppose to help prevent stretch marks also.  You can also eat food that are high in vitamin E.

Things like vegetable oil, seeds, wheat germ, nuts, avocados, peaches, whole grain cereals, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, and dried prunes.   It is also important to eat allot of lean meats such as poultry and fish to get enough zinc.  Increasing your vitamin B-6 by taking a b-complex supplement.   Essential oils can be helpful too.  Lavender and Myrrh can be used to treat and prevent stretch marks.  It is kind of nice that every thing I need according to this information can be found in the same place.  Go to your local Health food market.  They will carry everything that you need.  You can even find a library that allows you to research every kind of vitamin, mineral supplement and essential oils.
